2025 Annual General Meeting

The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 25 November 2025 at the Sofitel Brisbane Central, 249 Turbot Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. Registration for the meeting will open at 10:30 am (AEST), with light refreshments being served at this time. The meeting will commence at 11:00 am (AEST) and will conclude at approximately 12:00 pm (AEST).

• Proxy Form;
• Annual Financial Report for QBiotics Group Limited for the year ended 30 June 2025; and
